You have to be 18+, anyone that looks under this age will be asked for ID.

Unfortunately due to the nature of the business we are not insured to allow children on the premises. If you arrive with children you will be asked to leave and therefore forfeit your deposit. We apologise in advance for the inconvenience.

If you do not inform us or cancel your booking then this is categorised as a "no show" and would be charged at full price. If anyone is unwell and informs us we would move your booking as far into the future as required and your deposit would remain secured to your booking.
